Shipping times are an estimate based on average delivery times and do not allow for potential customs delays or other shipping carrier delays.

If your shipment takes longer to deliver than the estimated shipping time you will not be eligible for a refund unless we notify you otherwise.

If you're order goes missing during transit to the destination, you are elligible for replacement parts or a refund of the ordered items value not including shipping costs unless notified otherwise. Replacement shipping costs are the responisbility of the customer.
